The laminator enables a quick and easy lamination process of dry film photoresist (such as ADEX/SUEX film) onto a wide range of substrates (silicon, glass, copper, etc.). The system supports samples with maximum width of 12 inches, and a total stack thickness up to 2.5 mm.
