CNM2 uses a process monitor program which consists of periodic checks of critical operating parameters on our equipment. We run standard recipes using standard materials and verify results to ensure that the equipment is consistently functioning within specification. These procedures help enable CNM2 staff to identify and remedy deviations from process stability before user projects are affected. Please note that we are continuously expanding the process monitor program and we will be adding more monitors as time goes by.
