CNM2 provides a variety of widely used materials for chemical processing, lithography, deposition, and etching as well as all standard cleanroom consumables. These materials are included in your membership and equipment usage charges. For photoresist and lithography materials, please check out these materials from staff. Certain deposition materials and etch gases are specific to tools. Please verify via the equipment page that the material or gas you would like to use is supported by the correct tool for your process. New materials are also welcome in CNM2 after consulting with staff on your process, potential hazards, and cross-contamination.
