The DAD 321 dices samples ranging in size from small parts to 6 inch diameter wafers using a high-output air spindle with a diamond blade attached, after manual chucking and alignment. Kerf-Aid Dicing Saw Surfactant can be mixed into the DI water to help control issues related to water resistivity, surface tension, viscosity and pH control.
