Research and Development Engineer
Siwei Li received his B.S. degree in microelectronics and M.S. degree in electronic science and technology from Tsinghua University, China in 2011 and 2014, respectively. His research topic during the period was micro-supercapacitor energy storage devices. He is now a PhD candidate at Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California Davis, working on wide-bandgap semiconductor devices, mainly gallium nitride and gallium oxide diodes and transistors. He has hands-on experience on a wide range of microfabrication technologies and device characterization methods.
